The hotel

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have two free car parks for residents, as well as covered parking at a price of € 10 per day.

How to get from Avignon TGV station to the hotel? Do you have a shuttle?
There is no shuttle bus between the TGV station and the hotel. To come from the TGV station to the hotel reception can book a taxi on request.

What is the difference between a Charm room and a Luxe room?
Our Luxury rooms are bigger than the Charmes rooms and offer you more welcome products.

Do you have family or communicating rooms?
Yes, we can offer rooms for the whole family.

Do you have smoking rooms?
No, but smokers can satisfy their desire in the hotel garden or on the balcony of some rooms.

Are all rooms equipped with a safe?
Yes, no matter the category, you can leave your valuables in your room.

Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?
Yes, subject to availability, you can request an extra bed in your room at the time of booking. The price is 30 € to 40 € per night depending on the season.

I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we can provide a cot and a bottle warmer on request and subject to availability.

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have a room for people with reduced mobility.

Do you have an elevator?
No, the hotel is not equipped with a lift.

Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant: the Najeti Restaurant the Mulberry.

The stay

What are the departure and arrival times?
The arrival is from 16 hours and departure until 12 hours.

Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive earlier.

Do you accept pets? What is the price ?
Yes, we love animals and accept them in our establishment. These must be kept on a leash in the restaurant. The price is 8 € per night and per animal.

Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, the property offers free wifi.

What are the schedules of breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:00 to 13:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 21:30.

What are the opening hours of your pool? Do you provide towels?
The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 20:00 and towels are available in front of the swimming pool.

What to do in case of forgotten object in my room?
You can contact our team who will send you the forgotten item in exchange for shipping costs.

The prices

Is breakfast included in the price?
No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included but can be booked separately from the room in the same order. However, you can also book one of our special offers, all of which include breakfast.

Are taxes included in the price?
No, the tourist tax to be paid on site is 1.32 € per person per day (1.65 € from March 2016).

Are the rates and availabilities the same if I book on the site or by phone?
Yes, there is no difference in price or availability depending on whether you book by phone or on our website.

The reservation

Why do you need credit card information?
The banking information is only used as a guarantee in case you do not come or cancel late.

When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay at the end of your stay, with the means of payment you want: credit card, check-holiday, cash.

I have not received a booking confirmation. How to do ?
We send a confirmation email to each booking. However, if you have not received this email after 15 minutes of your booking, please check your junk mails. If the mail is not there either, do not hesitate to contact us.

What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before your stay.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can always manage your booking at the bottom of the site, by clicking on the "Manage my reservations" link in the "Practical links" section. Your reservation number will be requested.

Can I reserve a parking space?
Yes you can reserve a place in our covered parking at a price of 10 € per day.
